We offer convenient in-person appointments at our Lawrenceville and Suwanee offices, as well as secure telehealth services through our HIPAA-compliant Healthie EMR platform. Initial Visit:

 

Our initial visit is a 60-90 minute comprehensive medical nutrition assessment. This session includes a thorough, personalized evaluation to understand your unique needs, lifestyle, and health goals. During this time, we’ll cover a variety of helpful topics tailored to support your journey. Here are a few key areas we’ll focus on:

The plan is refined with adjustments and new goals, while additional guidance—such as tips, recipes, and strategies for navigating holidays, dining out, or travel—is provided. If available, new lab results are reviewed to track health markers. Clients receive encouragement, long-term strategies, and support with practical tools like pantry makeovers, label reading education, and menu planning tips to help maintain sustainable, healthier eating habits. It is recommended to do multiple visits for best results.
