Referral Bonus Policy

Referral Bonus Amount

• The referral bonus is $25, paid via an online $25 Visa gift card.

Referral Submission Requirement (Required for All Referrals)

• All referrals must be submitted through our official referral link.
• Referrals will not be accepted if they are:
  • Provided verbally
  • Sent by email
• The referral link must be completed in full for any referral bonus to be issued, whether submitted by a patient or a dietitian.

Patient Referrals

To qualify for a referral bonus, a patient must refer:

• A new patient who is not already established with the practice
• A patient who has never been seen by the practice in the past

Patients may refer family members or friends, as long as the individual:

• Is not already an established patient
• Has not previously scheduled or completed an appointment

Patients cannot receive a referral bonus for:

• Referring themselves
• Referring an already established patient
• Referring a patient who does not complete at least one appointment

If a patient and a dietitian both refer the same new patient, the patient referral will take priority, and the patient will receive the referral bonus.

Dietitian Referrals

To qualify for a referral bonus, a dietitian must refer:

• A new patient who is not already established with the practice
• A patient who was not referred by an existing patient
• A patient who is not a known family member of an established patient
• A patient who was not previously discussed during a visit as someone an established patient planned to bring in

If the referred patient is an established patient’s family member, the referral will be classified as a patient referral, not a dietitian referral.

Appointment Requirement

• Referral bonuses are issued only after the referred patient completes at least one appointment.
• If the patient:
  • No-shows
  • Cancels
  • Does not complete the appointment

  No referral bonus will be paid.

Payment Details

• All referral bonuses are paid via an online $25 Visa gift card.
• The gift card will be sent to the email address provided on the referral link.
• Payment will be issued after the referred patient completes their first appointment.
