Parul is the first nutritionist I worked with ever in my life and she has helped me lose a lot of weight and helped me reach my goal weight but I soon realized that it isn’t just about weight the main process in all of this is making sure you are healthy while achieving what you want and Parul helps with all those factors.In my head I thought nutritionists only helped you with the amount of food you ate and what foods to stay away from and yes they do help with those things but nutritionists (or at least Parul in my case) help you with so much more then that.For example I didn’t know how important food was until Parul opened my eyes to see the bigger picture and how different types of food help and nourish our bodies.She deeply cares about her clients physical/mental health and making sure they’re eating enough food and at the same time help you achieve your goals so you can maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle.
