WHAT TO EXPECT –INITIAL NUTRITION – 60-75 MINUTE SESSION

  • Prior to your appointment: You will complete a 3 day food journal
  • During your initial consultation: The Registered Dietitian will get your health history , blood work and nutrition assessment so she gains a thorough understanding of your health challenges and goals. She will explain how foods affect your health and well-being and why certain foods are important to include in your diet
  • You will receive a personalized eating plan along with recipes and suggestions for meals, snacks and beverages
  • You may get recommendations for nutritional supplements (optional) to improve your total health
  • Your nutritionist will work with you to set goals and develop practical ways TO REACH THEM

General health and nutrition consultation for All ages:
