Rhea Sharma - Registered dietitian
Rhea Sharma is board certified by the American Dietetic Association and licensed by the Georgia State Board. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. Rhea was born and raised in Georgia. She fell in love with cooking and nutrition at a young age when diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, Vitiligo. She learned how nutrition can truly alleviate the spread of the white pigment on her skin.
She has experiences in a multitude of diseases states coming from a large academic medical center, as well as with sports nutrition (University of Georgia Football team) and pediatric nutrition. More recently, Rhea has worked within behavioral health facilities where she has counseled those with eating disorders and other mental health disorders.
Rhea loves to travel and learn about other cultures foods. Fun fact, she keeps a list of all the restaurants she has ever been to and loves to share that with family and friends. She believes that eating healthy should be fun, creative, and individualized. Learning how to cook new meals can be liberating in knowing what ingredients are being put into that meal.
