Salm\u00f3n<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; El salm\u00f3n salvaje es una fuente rica en \u00e1cidos grasos Omega-3, un tipo de \u00e1cido graso insaturado que puede reducir la inflamaci\u00f3n de todo el organismo, que puede da\u00f1ar los vasos sangu\u00edneos y provocar cardiopat\u00edas y accidentes cerebrovasculares. Los \u00e1cidos grasos omega-3 pueden disminuir los triglic\u00e9ridos, bajar ligeramente la tensi\u00f3n arterial, reducir la coagulaci\u00f3n de la sangre, disminuir el riesgo de ictus e insuficiencia cardiaca y reducir los latidos irregulares. Avena<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; La avena contiene fibra soluble (atrae el agua y se convierte en gel durante la digesti\u00f3n. Esto te da una sensaci\u00f3n de plenitud. Pero la fibra soluble tambi\u00e9n reduce la absorci\u00f3n de colesterol en el torrente sangu\u00edneo. De este modo, reduce los niveles de lipoprote\u00ednas de baja densidad (LDL), el colesterol &#8220;malo&#8221;.
